CATS CO offers a premier Laptop Repair Mail-in Service at our Service Center in Troy, Michigan for the convenience of our customers. We appreciate that it's not exactly fun to take the time out of the day to deal with the already pulsing headache of having a broken laptop.

On-Site Service

Some home office users don't have time to hassle with bringing a computer into our service center. Why make customers go through the process of unplugging all the wires, packing the PC up in the car, dropping it off for several days, going back to pick up the PC and attempting to set it all back up again? CATS CO makes it easy by offering on-site repair and troubleshooting services in your home or office, making it convenient for customers to get their problems solved quickly. In extreme circumstances CATS CO can pick-up and drop-off the PC.
