What is the usual turn around time for diagnostics?
All customers on a first come, first serve basis. Generally, diagnostics can take one to two business days. There is a rush service available for an additional charge if the customer chooses.
Are your repairs done in-house or through a third party?
Our certified, trained and professional technicians handle all repairs in-house in our warranty center.
Do you stock parts?
We stock minor, basic parts for general repairs. Due to the wide array of technical equipment that we service, most parts must be ordered and usually take one to three business days to arrive, unless specified otherwise.
Do you do virus removal?
Yes, there is a flat rate fee for virus removal where our technicians use a proven effective and time-consuming process.
Do you back up data?
Yes, our technicians can backup files or entire hard drives as well as provide you with a copy.
Do you work on computers under warranty by the manufacture?
We are an authorized warranty service provider for Toshiba, Lenovo, and Lexmark. For businesses, we can provide warranty service for Dell. All other brands can be repaired out-of-warranty.
What is the warranty on parts after replacement?
CATS CO provides a 30-day warranty on all labor repairs. Parts vary depending on the manufacture, vendor, and type of warranty.
Do you work on printers?
Yes, we are an aurhotized Lexmark warrant provider, as well as out-of-warranty service providers for HP, Epson, Okidata, and Brother.
Can I have one of your technicians come on-site?
Yes, our technicians would be happy to serve you at your desired location.
Is there a diagnostic fee to look at a non-warranty repair?
Yes. A diagnotistic fee of $50 is due upon check-in. However, if the customer chooses to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee will be applied to the labor charges.
